It’s playoff season now and we’re going to look to minimize the risk in our recommendations, while looking for big point potential, but still, staying in that range of the tougher decisions. Here are your Week 14 Fantasy Football Tight Ends to Start.
Cameron Brate, Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints
Brate is often matchup proof as Jameis Winston’s red zone favorite, but the Saints have seen it too often. A lot of teams have seen it too often, actually as Brate has scored just once since Week 7. Some of that has to do with the Bucs flip-flopping their quarterbacks, but recently Adam Humphries’s role has grown with DeSean Jackson hurt. Still, the Saints are unlikely to let the assignment of covering Brate as only one tight end has scored against them, and that was back in Week 7. The highest any tight end has scored against the Saints was Gerald Everett and that was because he scored a two-point conversion. Brate doesn’t even see a favorable matchup until Week 17.
