New York Giants Team Defense at Dallas Cowboys

As expected the Cowboys tried to go with their lone strength for much of the first half against the Panthers in Week 1 and ran into a wall again and again. Their sudden weakness at offensive line was once their strength and the recent developments with center Travis Frederick has left them a big hole to fill. All-pro centers don’t just grow on trees and they don’t magically appear off your practice squad. This is the sad state of affairs on the o-line, which is the main artery pumping blood to this offense. While the Giants aren’t as much of a fearsome group as the Panthers, they’re solid and again, the receivers aren’t special that one needs to game plan for specific players. Even though this is a divisional matchup, the Giants defense should be in control of this game. – Ernie Estrella
