New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

While the Saints offensive stars are expected to sit this game out, we expect the defense to hold down the fort as they travel to Carolina who has fallen apart in the second half of the season. Now playing with their backup quarterback, the Panthers have scored just 54 points over the last four games, averaging just 13.5 points per game. Opposing defenses have gotten to the quarterback 11 times and picked them off nine times. Outside of the run game, we don’t see the Panthers being able to manufacture much against a strong defensive unit that held the Panthers to their lowest point total of the season in Week 15.
