Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs
The Browns are in a strange space this week, having said good bye to their former head coach Hue Jackson and their offensive coordinator Todd Haley. DC Gregg Williams has been elevated to take over and that makes me wonder if he’s ready to be a head coach again and manage the defense. It’s a lot to take on considering the way the Browns are playing. The defense has not been sharp since CB Terrance Mitchell went on the injured reserve. They could use him this week against the Chiefs’ high-powered attack. As it stands, the Browns have not shown they can keep up a scoring parade with the Chiefs, and this defense could get tired being on the field for long periods of the game. With the Chiefs keeping Patrick Mahomes’ uniform clean, unless they can keep creating turnovers (not an easy task) the Browns’ defense is expected to have a long day.
