Selecting which of your players to start in the right weeks will help you achieve success in the season. The Bruno Boys are here to help you with those crucial decisions, consider the tough matchups and warn you when your studs are facing defensive assignments that should temper your expectations.

It’s playoff season now and we’re going to look to minimize the risk in our recommendations, while looking for big point potential, but still, staying in that range of the tougher decisions. Here are your Week 16 Fantasy Football Team Defenses to Sit.

Pittsburgh Steelers Team Defense at New Orleans Saints

After failing to score 13 points in two of their last three games, it’s time for the Saints to tighten up their game, secure the home field for the playoffs and play offense like we’re used to seeing. They’re playing the Steelers who are capable of putting up point totals in the high 20s to 30s too so expect the Saints to aim high with their offense. Meanwhile, the Steelers defense has not scored over 10 fantasy points since Week 10. Yes, they only allowed 10 points to the Patriots last week but they’ve forced 13 total turnovers and scored three touchdowns. If there’s one thing the Steelers can do it’s sack the quarterback. Aside from that the Steelers defense is to be avoided this week.
