Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons at Cleveland Browns
The starters on Cleveland’s defense are dropping like flies. Already hurting with their second starting cornerback Terrance Mitchell on Injured Reserve, now they’ve placed E.J. Gaines on IR too. Linebacker Christian Kirksey has ended his fantasy season too, and played 70 percent of the defensive snaps. This is no time to be experiencing these kinds of season-ending injuries to these positions and that will put the Browns in a big disadvantage against the Falcons, who appear to have corrected their course in recent weeks. Ryan is averaging 336.0 passing yards per game and although he hasn’t thrown for multiple scores every game, he has done so in five games of the first half. Look for Ryan to have one of his best games this season against the Browns thin secondary.
