Here are your Week 8 Fantasy Football Tight Ends to Sit.
Michael Roberts, Detroit Lions vs. Seattle Seahawks
The tight end position has been a bit of a mystery for the Lions after they brought in retreads Luke Willson and Levine Toilolo. But they’ve recently gone to Michael Roberts for the goal line packages and in two games, he has four catches, three of which are touchdowns. If all you need is a touchdown, he’s got that Cameron Brate type of appeal, but it’s hard to say if Matt Stafford will continue to target him in the red zone. It is just two games worth of data and there’s not enough to start him with confidence. He’s also squaring up against Seattle, who have allowed just one tight end to score and just one to reach 50 yards receiving.
