Nick Vannett, Seattle Seahawks at Denver Broncos

Here’s another situation that fantasy owners need to play out. Now that Jimmy Graham is gone, who is the catching tight end going to be for the Seahawks. It was supposed to be Ed Dickson but he has a groin injury. That leaves Vannett as the penciled starter for now. There’s also been some turnover on offense. It took Wilson about two seasons with Graham before he realized in the game flow, just how athletic he was and what a tool he could be in the red zone.

Wilson liked to throw to Luke Willson specifically on the goal line. But Vannett is going to be a mystery for now. Heck, the Seahawks in general will be a mystery if they are able to get their desired run game back up and operational.

With Doug Baldwin admitting that he won’t be playing 100 percent this season, Vannett could be leaned on, or not, and you hate to have that lack of confidence going into Week 1. – Ernie Estrella
