Donte Moncrief/Dede Westbrook, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Blake Bortles completed 29 passes against the New York Jets on Sunday, and 14 of them went to Westbrook (nine catches for 130 yards) and Moncrief (five catches for 109 yards and a touchdown) for 239 of his 388 yards. Bortles’ ups and downs make his pass catches hard to rely on, but an upward trajectory should be easily maintained in Week 5.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive exploits have made it easy to overlook how bad their defense has been. They entered Week 4 having allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers (42.9 per game; ESPN PPR scoring), including the second-most receptions to the position (48; tied for second-most, actually).

Westbrook is the more appealing option in PPR leagues and his long-term value is more stable, while Moncrief is more touchdown-dependent and more inconsistent. But as a bye week fill-in/WR3 in 12 and 14-team leagues, there is appeal to both guys in a favorable matchup against the Chiefs in Week 5.
