Aaron Jones, RB, Green Bay Packers

Jones had six carries in his Week 3 season debut, then ramped up to 11 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown (with one catch for 17 yards) against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Jamaal Williams also had 11 carries in the game, but he had a pedestrian 27 yards.

Jones should be getting into better football shape, and it’s pretty clear he’s the best option in the Packers’ backfield. Week 5 brings a favorable-looking matchup against the Detroit Lions, who entered Week 4 allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to running backs (ESPN PPR scoring) and Ezekiel Elliott put up 240 total yards with a touchdown catch on Sunday.

Jones is straddling the line to be included on a waiver wire list, but he needs to be owned in more 12 and 14-team leagues. Go get him.
