Week 15 is almost over, and by now a lot of fantasy football owners know if they’ll be moving on in the playoffs, falling to a third place game or can still win a consolation bracket. So Week 16’s waiver wire options are necessarily narrow, but still worthwhile to go through.

With that, here are nine must-adds from your Week 16 fantasy football waiver wire.

Damien Williams, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

With Spencer Ware (shoulder, hamstring) inactive, Williams stepped int a lead role and delivered 123 total yards (74 receiving) and two rushing touchdowns against the Los Angeles Chargers last Thursday night. Ware might be able to play in Week 16 against the Seattle Seahawks, but Williams has put himself firmly in the mix for touches.

The Seahawks entered Week 15 in the bottom half of the league against running backs (ESPN PPR scoring), including the fifth-most receptions to the position. So as no worse than the pass-catching part of a duo with Ware (12 receptions over the last three games), Williams has a path to production in a better matchup than you’d think.

Williams will be a RB3/flex option in all scoring formats for Week 16, with RB1 upside in PPR leagues if he essentially has the backfield work to himself. Even the expected boost in ownership last week, there’s plenty of room to add him.
