Dallas Goedert, TE, Philadelphia Eagles
As the Eagles have been missing multiple key wide receivers every week, Goedert has gotten more opportunities. Over the last six games, he has at least five targets five times (four in a row) with a touchdown in three of the last five.
Even splitting tight end looks with Zach Ertz, and the matchups not looking good on surface level, Goedert will be in the low-end TE1 conversation against the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, Washington Redskins over the next three weeks. Then the Dallas Cowboys, who entered Week 12 allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends (Yahoo! PPR scoring), are on the slate in Week 16.
For a lot of owners, Goedert will be a little difficult to have confidence in during the most important time of the fantasy season. But the landscape of the tight end position pushes into being a solid waiver wire add.
