Jack Doyle, TE, Indianapolis Colts

Doyle made his long-awaited return from injury in Week 8, and finished with six catches (on seven targets) for 70 yards and a touchdown against the Oakland Raiders while playing 57 of 78 offensive snaps (73 percent).

Eric Ebron was still a factor in Week 8 (three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown), while Mo Alie-Cox also had a touchdown against Oakland, but Doyle clearly led Colts’ tight ends in snap percentage in his first game back and also produced.

Outside of Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins, none of Doyle’s upcoming matchups are particularly favorable. But a high-volume role raises his fantasy floor, and finding a TE1 off the waiver wire at this stage of the season is next to impossible.
