The Dallas Cowboys have re-signed running back Daren McFadden to a one-year deal Thursday.Shortly after former Cowboys running back Lance Dunbar signed with the Rams, Dallas re-signed McFadden to tighten up their backfield for the upcoming season. McFadden will likely the year as the team’s No. 2 rusher behind Ezekiel Elliott, leaving Alfred Morris on the outside looking in. McFadden, although older and injury-prone, is a more valuable back to the Cowboys than Morris due to his pass-catching ability. However, it is unlikely anyone but Elliott garners fantasy value in the Dallas backfield for 2017.
