Each week we will be taking a look at some fantasy football players who underwhelmed in their previous weeks performances. These players offer great trade value as buy low targets. Swinging deals on the trade market is an art form that is intimidating for some fantasy players to utilize aggressively, but can be a difference maker for your lineups and provide you an advantage over your competitors. This will help you build a stacked team of reliable players instead of constantly chasing points on the waiver wire.

The concept entering trade negotiations is to strengthen a weak point on your team, offering up your depth at one position to satisfy the needs of another.

Here is a look at some players we think you should BUY coming off down weeks that could offer excellent fantasy football value for the remainder of the season.

Julio Jones, WR, Atlanta Falcons

It pretty much goes without saying that anytime you have an opportunity to buy low on Julio Jones, you should absolutely take it. Coming off a bye week to get himself fresh and healthy after being knocked out of Week 4’s contest against the Bills, Jones hasn’t really lived up to his standards yet this season.

Jones has failed to reach the end zone thus far which remains the only downside to his value, but the yards have still been decent this season as Jones has 2 games over 90 yards through four weeks of play. Jones is still one of the leagues truly elite wideouts who can single handily win you your week based on his dominating performances. Jones is actually someone I just traded for in a league during his bye, giving up Demaryius Thomas and Ameer Abdullah in a standard league. A similar deal could be had for you if you can afford to trade a WR2 and RB3 to secure an elite WR1, you should take that deal.
