Drafting your fantasy football team is the easy part, now comes the hard part, knowing who and when to start your players on any given week. Sure, it’s easy to decide what to do with your studs, but at Bruno Boys Fantasy Football, we concentrate on giving our readers start and sit advice about players who are lower down the rankings. If you assembled your team on the strength of positions other than the one we’re highlighting in this article, chances are you have players where you have to consider the best matchups, the skill players around them, the strength of the opposing defense and their health. Here are our recommendations on who to sit.
Carson Palmer, QB, Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks
In six career games against the Seahawks, Palmer is 2-3-1 and that includes one game as a member of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2007. He’s had terrible luck against them and has just one superb game going back to last year’s 39-32 inspirational win in Seattle.
Apart from that it’s been all nightmares for Palmer. He’s thrown a total of seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions lifetime against the Seahawks; he has a cumulative completion percentage of 59.8 percent. Aside from that 2015 victory, Palmer has never thrown for for more than one touchdown in any of the other five games. There’s just bad mojo around this matchup and we’d advise his owners to find another option this week. – Ernie Estrella
