Here are your Week 1 Fantasy Football Running Backs to Sit.
Chris Carson, Seattle Seahawks at Denver Broncos
From a speculative point of view, there’s nothing wrong with having Carson on your roster, but starting him in Week 1 is not recommended. While Russell Wilson can open up the run game,
it’s yet to be determined if Carson will indeed get the bulk of the carries or if the offense is going to commit to the run to make him worth the start. Denver gave up 89.4 rushing yards per game last year, and was ranked fifth against the run. They add Bradley Chubb to that unit and remain a feared defense despite losing Aqib Talib.
It’s been a long time since anyone could count on the Seahawks running backs and we haven’t seen anything to prove otherwise, yet. – Ernie Estrella
