Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears at Buffalo Bills
This run has been nice by Trubisky as he has asserted himself as a quarterback with more potential than we originally thought of headed into this season. We can see what he’s able to do with a different approach on offense, but right now, the Bills defense is playing as well as anyone these days. It’s a shame their offense can’t duplicate the effort because in three of their last four games, the Bills have kept the opposing quarterback to one or no passing touchdowns. In the same stretch, they have held three quarterbacks under 200 yards passing. They are coming off a game where they held Tom Brady to no touchdowns and they are playing host. It’s going to be a hostile environment and another test for the young quarterback, making it a matchup where it would be better to see what other options you have.
