After beating up on University of Oklahoma in last years BCS Championship Game many college football experts like University of Florida to repeat, but can they?

With the return of quarterback Tim Tebow you’d have to like their chances but winning back-to-back National Titles is a difficult feat and you better believe everyone is gunning for the Gators.

Can Florida repeat or will we see a new National Champ crowned in 2009?

In my opinion USC, Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, Ohio State and Penn State once again have the talent to give Florida a run for their money. Plus, we know there are always 1-2 darkhorses that will be in the picture at the end of the season.

It should be an exciting 2009 College Football season

Somebody’s going to knock USC out of the national title picture because they always lose that one conference game that screws everything up for them. Pac-10 parity at its finest.

I think Florida repeats and all anybody gets to hear about all season long is how awesome Tim Tebow is. I’m not looking foward to Tebow 24-7.

not if my Ohio State Buckeyes have anything to do with it.

Also, just wanted to throw this out there, but I have a ticket to the Ohio State-USC game at the Shoe. USC doesn’t know what they’re in for.

Cory,

That is going to be one awesome football game. And I wish you hadn’t told me that because the jealousy is already kicking in.

Last time I checked our schedule we had you down for Saturday overtime the week of the showdown. Haha!

OSU has the talent and a dynamic quarterback in Terrell Pryor but they seem to always choke when it counts so even if they run the table and get the the BCS National Title game you can’t like their chances of winning.

Glad to have another college football buff on the boards.  In fact I cant wait for my college fantasy draft at the end of the month!

I don’t think I can stand it if Florida wins the National title again this year. They definitely have the talent to do it, but like Jimbo I can’t stand to have them shove Tim Tebow down our throats for another season. I do think it will be hard to go through the SEC without taking a loss. They have to travel to Baton Rouge and face LSU. If they do win the SEC East, they will have a tough matchup in the SEC Championship game against either Alabama or a rematch with LSU. I actually like Texas this year. I think Colt McCoy is the best QB in the nation this year and I am picking him for the Heisman. They have a tough schedule playing in the Big 12, but they have the talent and leadership to run the table.

Have fun at the OSU-USC game Corey, I would say good luck to your Buckeyes, but being a Michigan Man I can’t bring myself to do it. I have tickets for the Mich-OSU game this year. I don’t know have high expectations for my Wolverines this year, but I am looking for a much improved team this year and a return to a bowl, although it might be the Music City bowl or something nasty like that. We may not beat you guys this year, but Rich Rod is getting some good talent in here and it won’t be long before this rivalry is what it used to be.
