Would you make any pre-season waiver claims with this team?

10-team, standard scoring, non-ppr, passing TDs count 6

Here is my team:

QB:
Jay Cutler
Kevin Kolb
Ben Roethlisberger

RB:
Chris Johnson
Ryan Mathews
Jonathan Stewart
Justin Forsett

WR:
Calvin Johnson
Hakeem Nicks
Pierre Garcon
T.O.
Devin Aromashadu

TE:
Jermichael Finley

D:
Green Bay

K:
Rob Bironas

I have the 10th waiver priority, so it’s basically free to trade any of these guys for leftovers.  The following players went undrafted:

QB:  Stafford, Young, Sanchez
WR:  Eddie Royal, Julian Edelman, Mike Williams, Anthony McCluster, Anthony Gonzalez
RB:  Sproles, McFadden, Lendale White, Buckhalter

In light of what happened in the preseason, would you make any moves?  Obviously, I think my biggest holes are QB and WR2/3.  I picked up a few upside QBs, and will drop or trade one of them soon.  If so, who would you drop?  Thank you for your advice, everyone…

I wouldn’t drop any of them….All 3 qb’s have the potential to blow up. I would put all three on the trade block and see if you can grab another RB or WR just because you can. You only need 2 of them…you can probably trade Cutler or Kolb for a nice #3 RB or WR with #2 upside potential…but to drop one of them for Stafford, Sanchez or Young is ludicrous.

Great advice from James! All 3 QB’s have upside and you got trade bait. Don’t drop any of them for the guys remaining.

Perhaps package one of your wide receivers with a quarterback for a bigger name wide receiver? Or maybe even throw in one of your running backs like Pierre Thomas. You have the ability to piece together some guys to get a big name if need be!

Gotta agree with James and Greg, don’t drop any of those guys. You should work on getting a wide receiver though, and theres no reason to have three QBs. I’d hold on to Kolb, but work on trading either Cutler or Big Ben for a wide receiver

I wouldnt drop any of your QBs. The only player i would think about picking up is Eddie Royal and that’s only because he’s entering his third year and that means it can be a big one for him. I personally would rather have Royal than Aromashadu

Your team is really good. I do not see the need to be fishing in the waiver pool already. That 1st priority will come in handy should an injury come out of no where.

Good luck to you.
