Last year eight of us spent the last six weeks of the season playing in a league that was “ALL KICKERS” and we are going to do the same in 2010. This time around the league will go from Weeks 1-17 and there will be head-to-head match-ups followed by a two week playoff (Weeks 16-17).
The rules are simple. though we are adding some skill to it in 2010….
—Each team drafts four kickers. You are drafting the TEAM not the KICKER. Meaning if you draft the Philadelphia Eagles you get whomever their kicker is all season, not just David Akers.
—You will start three kickers on a weekly basis. Make sure to watch those bye weeks
—At the end of 15 weeks the top four teams go to a single elimination playoff. Tiebreaker will be determined by total points
—Head-to-Head Scoring
—Draft will be determined once the league is full

If the demand on this is greater than eight teams I will simply start a second (or third,etc) league. First come first serve and each league can have up two Bruno Boys Staff writers max…
since inception, i always knew i could excel a la kicker league. while last year it was a butt kicking i received, i am working on double knotting my shoes this year for a run at the trophy.
i assume that the league prize will be somewhat related to shoes and stinky socks? anyone have contacts with fruit of the loom?

Big Space… Glad to have you back in 2010… how did you stack up in the 2009 kicker league… I forgot…and do you have what it takes to be the best at drafting fantasy kickers?

I’ve read every FF mag in existence (only the kicker sections) and have spent weeks studying kickers on film…

I am glad you made sure to focus on Kickers only when doing your 2010 fantasy homework… you will need all of the help possible since this year we changed the rules… you can’t just accumulate points from your kickers each week… you have to start three out of the four you own and it’s head-to-head scoring…. I take all side bets!
