I don’t know much about this player but all I know that he is coming back this week. Do I even dare to pick him up? Is he good RB?

Pinoy,

McFadden has already been ruled OUT for the Raiders Week 7 match-up against the New York Jets. Therefore I would not invest into using him this week. It looks like McFadden will be back after the Raiders Week 9 bye with a matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Despite being a talent running back with lots of upside McFadden has never found any consistency in the NFL and with the Raiders offense being arguably the worst in the NFL you can’t expect that to change once he returns.

When looking at your roster there really isn’t anyone worth dumping for McFadden. You could make a case for Willis McGahee but he is the healthier of the two and in a far better offense.
