For the third consecutive year we will be offering our weekly Bruno Boys Pick Em Challenge. I will be running the challenge again this year and tallying up the Standings each week The challenge is easy and you can learn more below:

To play, pick 5 winners against the spread each week and post them below. When reading the spreads, the team at the bottom is the team that is playing at home. The team that has the - (minus) next to it and is BOLDED is the team favored and the number is by how much they are favored. So if you think they will win by more than that number choose them, if not choose the other side. If you choose either side and the team ends up winning by that number exactly, it will not count for you or against you. PLEASE ONLY PICK FIVE GAMES PER WEEK.

The member with the highest winning percentage after the end of the season will win a $25 Amazon Gift Card and a Bruno Boys T-shirt. The Bruno Boys will also giveaway Bruno Boys T-shirts to second and third place.

NOTE: In order to be eligible for the prize, you must pick a minimum of 8 weeks (40 games total)

Good luck to everyone as we begin 2011 of the Bruno Boys Pick Em.  Also, if there is a tie at the end of Week 16, we will use Week 17 to determine a winner between the two or more participants who enter the competition.

I’ve been laughing at the Cowboys spread all week, even as it evolved, so I guess I’ll put my money where my mouth is….

Hey any chance we can get an idea how everyone is doing?

Anyway Lions, Bills, Falcons, Patriots, and Giants

I hate picking the Falcons as a Seahawks fan, but no way in hell do I think my Seahawks have a prayer holding them to a 4 point lead lol. I’m happy about the victory last week, but man.

Time to see if I can repeat after a solid 4-1 showing in Week 3.  Also, to echo Vaynard, when you get a chance can you please tally up the standings for all involved bigspace?  Now onto the picks…

Saints - There is NO WAY the Jaguars can stay within a touchdown of New Orleans. Even if it’s in Jacksonville, Brees and the Saints roll here.

Patriots - This could be a close game, however I feel Oakland is due for a letdown and it starts this week against a New England team that got one stolen from them in Week 3.  Look for Brady to light up the scoreboard in his homecoming.

Colts - My thought is that Tampa Bay wins the game, but Indy keeps it close like they did last Sunday Night and the Bucs use a big play for the win.

Giants - New York has looked solid over the last two games and played well on the road in Week 2. This would be a 5 point spread if the game was in New York, and even if Nicks sits, my gut says New York makes it three in a row.

Falcons - Another spread that is lower because the game is in Seattle.  Look for the Falcons to have too many offensive weapons to contain, as Matt Ryan puts together his first compete game of the season (good game again Philly, but not much yardage).
