Founding of Fantasy Hockey!

Off of Football, my good friend Jesse Arbour showed me an article on NHL.com that shows his dad was a founding father of Fantasy Hockey. For those of you unfamiliar, my friend’s grandfather Al Arbour coached the New York Islanders to 4 straight Stanley Cups in the early 80’s and his dad worked with the team.

Early Favorite To Win 2011 World Series

We are approaching the half way point of the baseball season and I was wondering who some of you guys think is the early favorite to win the World Series this year? In my opinion there are six or seven teams that are playing really well and it is going to be a matter of who gets hot at the right time.

I might be a little bias, however the San Francisco Giants are starting to play some good baseball and that pitching from top to bottom is one of the best in baseball. On top of that their offense gets timely hits and they are a true team… no big personalities or “I” guys wanting all of the attention.

While we are getting closer to football season (hopefully) the middle of baseball season and the stretch run before the post season are some of my favorite times of the year.

Thoughts? Opinions?
