Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers’ defense is potentially the head of the AFC West division as they are stout on giving up points, but they do have one weakness that can be exploited–their run defense. Last year the Chargers gave up 131.1 rushing yards per game, which was good for second-to-last. Despite tweaking the roster, their linebackers remain their weakest group in the defense. That plays perfectly into Hunt if he can get to that second line of defense regularly, as he will attempt to anchor the offense while Patrick Mahomes gains confidence in the pocket. Hunt won’t catch defenses on their heels like he did last year, but we expect plenty of touches on all three downs. – Ernie Estrella
