The 2018 NFL season is six weeks old and there is still enough time to start picking up people from your fantasy football waiver wire. Every year a no name blows up in Week 1 and ends up being a top-20 fantasy football player over the remainder of the season. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the next big thing.

Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire wide receivers for Week 7.

Cole Beasley, WR, Dallas Cowboys

Beasley broke out on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, with nine catches (on 11 targets) for 101 yards and a two touchdowns. It was hard to see coming, but he does have at least five targets in four of six games this season and at least 7.6 PPR points in the same four games.

Beasley had a good connection with Dak Prescott back in 2016 (75 receptions for 833 yards and five touchdowns), and that rapport seems to be building heading into Week 7 against the Washington Redskins. The Redskins entered Week 6 in the top-10 of the league against wide receivers (ESPN PPR scoring), but they’ve allowed a touchdown to the position in four straight games now.

Beasley’s fantasy value is greater in PPR formats, and be aware of a Week 8 bye. But as the Cowboys look for viable weapons in the passing game and Prescott seems to be finding his way, Beasley has nice potential in all 12-team leagues.
