Austin Hooper, TE, Atlanta Falcons
Hooper had five catches (on five targets) for 59 yards and a touchdown against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2, and has now reeled in eight of nine targets through two games. His role is solid, and the Falcons’ offense appears to have figured something out.
Hooper as a run of decent matchups coming, with the New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants on the slate from Week 3-Week 7. Even with a bit of touchdown dependency to be a weekly TE1, Hooper is lined up to succeed.
If you stream tight ends, Hooper could be an add and forget it right through Week 7. In 12 and 14-team leagues, perhaps with some tilt toward PPR formats, he might be the most-added tight end this week.
