Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After torching the New Orleans Saints for 417 yards and five total touchdowns (four passing) in Week 1, Fitzpatrick went out and threw for 404 yards an four more scores against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. His current output is not sustainable, as he has completed 78.7 percent of his passes while averaging 13.4 yards per attempt, but “FitzMagic” is in peak form and may keep the starting job after Jameis Winston comes back from a three-game suspension.

A nice matchup is coming for Fitzpatrick in Week 3, as the Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off allowing 326 yards and six touchdowns to Patrick Mahomes last week. If he keeps the starting job, as has been previously speculated on a short week heading into Week 4 after playing Monday night, a tougher matchup will come against the Chicago Bears before Tampa Bay’s Week 5 bye.

Fitzpatrick may only get one or two more starts, but there’s also a chance he gets 14 more as Winston is rendered to the bench. In any case, Fitzpatrick looks like a good streamer for Week 3 and he should be rostered right now in any league where two quarterbacks can be easily carried.
