The 2018 NFL season is almost over and if you are still alive in your league it’s time start picking up people from your fantasy football waiver wire in hopes they can help you win your league title. Every year a no name blows up in Week 1 and ends up being a top-20 fantasy football player over the remainder of the season. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the next big thing.

Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire Quarterbacks for Week 15.

Derek Carr, QB, Oakland Raiders

Carr went 25-for-34 for 322 yards and two touchdowns against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14, while extending his streak without an interception to eight games. He also has multiple passing touchdowns in three of his last four games, heading into a favorable Week 15 matchup.

The Cincinnati Bengals held Philip Rivers in check in Week 14 (220 yards and one touchdown), but they entered the week allowing the most fantasy points to quarterbacks (ESPN scoring). Their trend has been good lately overall, but five straight signal callers have not reached 30 pass attempts against them. Carr has reached that low bar 11 times in 13 games, with at least 268 passing yards in seven of those 11 contests.

Carr is a solid Week 15 start in two-quarterback or super-flex leagues, with solid matchups coming in Week 16 (Denver Broncos) and Week 17 (Kansas City Chiefs). If you’re looking for a QB2, even in a league where you can only start one quarterback, Carr shouldn’t be dismissed.
