Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys
Prescott didn’t fully exploit a great matchup against the New Orleans Saints in Week 13, with 248 passing yards, one touchdown and 22 rushing yards (14.12 fantasy points-Yahoo! scoring). But he was efficient, going 24-for-28, and he has averaged at least 7.5 yards per attempt in five of the last six games. Week 14 will provide a solid overall rebound opportunity.
The Philadelphia Eagles have yet to play Monday night as of this writing. But their secondary has been hit by mounting injuries, and they’ve allowed at least 269 passing yards or multiple passing touchdowns in each of their previous eight games. Prescott was one of those opposing signal callers, with 270 passing yards and a touchdown back in Week 10, and he added a rushing score to put himself over 20 fantasy points.
Prescott then gets exploitable matchups against the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 15 and 16. He’s been up and down through a favorable stretch of schedule, but Prescott’s fantasy floor is raised by his running ability and he’s still got low-end QB1 potential from here on out.
