Tony Pollard, RB , Dallas Cowboys

Pollard had 13 carries for 109 yards and a touchdown, along with three catches for 31 yards, in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Four of his seven touches in Week 1 were receptions, and Ezekiel Elliott only out-touched him by two against the Chargers.

Pollard showed he could handle a lead back workload and be productive in a game Elliott missed last year. He’s a significant Elliott injury away from having that role for more than one game, as a primary piece of a loaded Dallas offense.

Pollard is a high-end handcuff, with standalone value as a flex option if Sunday’s timeshare-style usage continues. He has to be owned in all 12-team leagues.
