Sterling Shepard, WR , New York Giants

After topping 100 yards with a touchdown in Week 1, Shepard had nine catches (on 10 targets) for 94 yards against the Washington Football Team in Week 2. He has 19 targets and 16 receptions through two games.

Kenny Golladay is struggling to build rapport with Daniel Jones, and tight end Evan Engram has been inactive the first two games of the season. Add in Darius Slayton’s drop of an easy touchdown against Washington, and that leave Shepard as the most reliable target in the Giants’ passing game.

Week 3 brings a very favorable matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, followed by good matchups in Week 4 (New Orleans Saints) and Week 5 Dallas Cowboys). Shepard has some WR2/WR3 value over the next three weeks, with a bit more upside in PPR formats.
