The Minnesota Vikings reached an agreement with tight end John Carlson on a five-year, $25 million contract Wednesday.
The 27-year-old missed the entire 2011 season due to a torn labrum he suffered in the preseason.
Carlson caught 137 passes for 1,519 yards and 13 touchdowns in three seasons for the Seattle Seahawks.
