Texans QB Leinart injures clavicle, out vs. Jaguars

Houston Texans quarterback Matt Leinart exited Sunday's game against the AFC South rival Jacksonville Jaguars with an injured left clavicle.

Rookie T.J. Yates replaced Leinart, who will not return after he was hit by defensive end Jeremy Mincey.

Leinart was making his first start in two years after replacing Matt Schaub, who is out for the season with a foot injury.

Leinart completed 10 of 13 passes for 57 yards and a score before exiting the contest.
