Tony Romo feels that the Dallas Cowboys are ready to grab the brass ring.
A three-time Pro Bowl quarterback, Romo is content with the offseason acquisitions and thinks the Cowboys can follow in the NFC East rival New York Giants' footsteps in winning the Super Bowl.
“It's about time that we go to that next step and I think our team is going to be ready for that,” Romo told ESPN Dallas 103.3's “Ben and Skin Show” on Thursday.
Romo had a strong season in 2011, overcoming rib injuries to throw for 4,184 yards and 31 touchdowns.
Dallas dropped four of its last five games and failed to qualify for the postseason.
