Tom Martinez, the quarterback guru who counted Tom Brady among his prize pupils, died Tuesday. He was 66.
Martinez died of a heart attack suffered during a dialysis session, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
He was a renowned quarterbacks coach who gained acclaim nationally for tutoring Brady, who went from the 199th pick in the NFL draft to a three-time Super Bowl winner and two-time MVP with the New England Patriots.
