Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers has yet to turn himself into authorities for charges stemming from two separate Michigan arrest warrants, WJRT-TV reported via the Detroit News on Saturday.
Rogers is charged with five misdemeanors from two separate incidents. The charges include making a malicious phone call, conspiracy to commit a crime, possessing marijuana, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and driving on a suspended license.
The second overall pick of the 2003 draft, Rogers has previously been arrested for drunk driving and assault and battery.
Rogers finished his NFL career with 36 receptions for 440 yards and four touchdowns in three seasons.
