Bears complete GM interviews

The Chicago Bears completed their interviews to fill their vacant general manager position.

The team had narrowed the list to five candidates - Kansas City's Phil Emery, New England's Jason Licht, San Diego's Jimmy Raye, Marc Ross of the New York Giants and Chicago's Tim Ruskell.

The Bears are seeking a successor to Jerry Angelo, who was fired earlier this month after 11 years on the job.

Chicago (8-8) fell apart this season after quarterback Jay Cutler broke his thumb, losing five consecutive games to fall out of playoff contention.
