Week 2 has already kicked off with the Green Bay Packers thumping the division rival Chicago Bears 23-10 on Thursday night. But, before you set your lineups, pay close attention to these key fantasy football matchups that will take place this Sunday.

Mark Sanchez vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Defense

The New York Jets square off against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a key AFC showdown this Sunday—a far tougher opponent then the Buffalo Bills.

The Jets offense made headlines last week by hanging 48 points on the Bills—a number beyond comprehension to most because their offense managed to rustle up one measly touchdown the entire preseason—a TD pass thrown by third-string QB Greg McElroy in their final preseason game.

Sanchez threw three TDs and completed 70.4 percent of his passes in the win, and got pundits wondering if that offense is real or just a mirage.

However, that 70.4 percent completion percentage is not the average percentage of 63.05 percent he has in two career games against the Steelers, and he’s only thrown two TDs and averaged jus t over 201 YPG in those meetings. It is worth pointing out that he has not thrown an INT during those games.

With that being said, look for the “Sanchise” to come crashing back down to earth on Sunday, and look for him to be on the bench in most standard leagues. He could, however, be a desperation play in 14 or 16 team leagues.
