FANTASY FOOTBALL CUT LIST: QB | RB | WR | TE | K | DEF
Week 6 is in the books and we now have a pretty good idea on the players set to underachieve this season. Some players are just stuck on terrible teams while others are just plain bad. We’ve also added a few players to the list that should be dropped because of injury. If you read our Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Savior articles and are wondering who to drop this week, have a look at the list below. All of these guys are safe cuts in most league formats.
TIGHT ENDS—CUT THEM LOOSE
Dennis Pitta, TE, Indianapolis Colts
Dennis Pitta spent his third straight game underachieving this week. He has only 11 targets over his last three games after having 31 in his first three. He has only seven receptions for 55 yards in the last three games. Pitta is unreliable right now and is only worth owning in deep leagues and PPR leagues. Instead, head to your wire and pluck the option with the best matchup to exploit.

Quick Note: At this point in the season we’ve almost completely sorted out tight end value. Given how bad the lower level tight ends are, you probably don’t need us to tell you to drop them anymore. That said, we’ve mentioned just about all the guys worth dropping at some point this year and they are all listed in the “Keep Them Cut” section below if you need a reference.
