Week 6 is in the books and we now have a pretty good idea on the players set to underachieve this season. Some players are just stuck on terrible teams while others are just plain bad. We’ve also added a few players to the list that should be dropped because of injury. If you read our Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Savior articles and are wondering who to drop this week, have a look at the list below. All of these guys are safe cuts in most league formats.
RUNNING BACKS—CUT THEM LOOSE
LaRod Stephens Howling, RB, Arizona Cardinals
LaRod Stephens-Howling came into Week 6 as the Arizona Cardinals starting running back but didn’t leave that way. He was outperformed on all fronts by William Powell who looks to be the Week 7 starter. “Hyphen” managed only 22 yards on 11 carries. He now has eight yards on his last 19 carries. Not exactly a portrait of upside. Dump him.
