FANTASY FOOTBALL CUT LIST:  QB  |  RB  |  WR  |  TE  |  K  |  DEF

Week 9 of the fantasy football season is in the books and we now have a pretty good idea of the players set to underachieve this season. Some players are just stuck on terrible teams while others are just plain bad. We’ve also added a few players to the list that should be dropped because of injury. If you read our Waiver Wire Savior articles and are wondering who to drop this week, have a look at the list below. All of these guys are safe cuts in most league formats.

TIGHT ENDS—CUT THEM LOOSE

Jeremichal Finley, TE, Green Bay Packers

The time has officially come to part ways with Green Bay Packers’ tight end Jeremichael Finley. Aaron Rodgers has been completely ignoring him in the passing game and he has been playing banged up the entire season. Finley has managed just 10 receptions for 84 yards in his last five games He has only 19 targets in that span. Almost every tight end on our Keep Them Cut list has put up better stats than Finley this season. His name value has been reduced to nothing and he can be safely dropped in all formats.

Consider Dropping In: 10-team and 12-team Leagues

Jacob Tamme, TE, Denver Broncos

Jacob Tamme has been useless this year from a fantasy perspective. He doesn’t have a single game over 50 yards and his average game is just under four receptions for 36 yards. He has just eight receptions on 10 targets for only 78 yards in his last three games. Tamme’s backup, Joel Dreessen, has outscored him in six of the last seven games. Drop Tamme in all formats and if Dreessen is on your wire, consider adding him.

Consider Dropping In: 10-team, 12-team and 14-team Leagues
