FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 10 SITS: QB | RB | WR | TE | K | DEF
One of the best games this week features two of the league’s elite - the Houston Texans and the Chicago Bears. Although the game is expected to be a great one, it’s not going to be so great if you own fantasy players from those teams. The quarterbacks from those teams - Matt Schaub and Jay Cutler - find themselves on our Week 10 - Sit ‘Ems list this week as both are expected to struggle against the opposing defense.
Another big game, though not because of the team’s records, is between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles. Both teams find themselves with coaches and quarterbacks on the hot seat, and both teams find themselves with players on our Fantasy Football Sit ‘Ems list this week as well.
TEAM DEFENSE - SIT ‘EM
Minnesota Vikings D/ST vs. Detroit
Divisional matchups are always interesting to watch and the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions are no exception to that. The NFC North games are always exciting, and though known for defense in the past this game will revolve around the Lions offense. The Lions are ranked first in passing yards per game and second in total yards per game. Sure, the Lions will have the occasional turnover but overall this is a team that can move the ball and score points, making the Vikings defense/special teams unit a poor start this week.

San Diego Chargers D/ST @ Tampa Bay
Ever since their bye week the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense has taken off, largely thanks to the play of quarterback Josh Freeman and running back Doug Martin. Overall Tampa Bay ranks ninth in the league in rushing yards per game and total yards per game, and fifth in points per game. If that wasn’t enough to scare you off of benching the San Diego Chargers defense then also consider what Martin has done recently. In the last two weeks he’s got 386 rushing yards and five touchdowns. As good as the Chargers defense was last week, it’s going to be that bad this week.
