Fleaflicker NFL Fantasy Football

With Week 7 of the NFL season fast approaching, it is once again time for the Bruno Boys to pick a Game of the Week, with a fantasy football twist. Each week we will choose one NFL game that we feel will have a lot of impact on the fantasy football world.

For the second week in a row our game of the week will feature the New Orleans Saints. They are fresh off their Week 6 victory over the previously undefeated New York Giants and this week they travel to the “Sunshine” state, where they will face a Miami Dolphins team that after starting out 0-3 has won two straight games with second year quarterback Chad Henne under center. Anytime the Saints take the field you can expect them to score plenty of fantasy points and with the Dolphins ever improving offense both teams could light up the scoreboard in this match-up.

With Week 6 of the NFL season fast approaching, it is once again time for the Bruno Boys to pick a Game of the Week, with a fantasy football twist. Each week we will choose one NFL game that we feel will have a lot of impact on the fantasy football world.

For this week’s match-up we will head to the “Big Easy” as the New York Giants and their vaunted defense head south to take on the New Orleans Saints and their explosive offense. When we pick the Bruno Boys Game of the Week we focus on the NFL game that will have a big impact in the fantasy football world. That does not always translate into the NFL’s game of the week, but this week it might very well be. The New Orleans Saints and the New York Giants have been picked by many to play each other in the NFC Championship game this season. Both teams are undefeated heading into the game, and don’t forget, these two teams pulled off a pretty big off-season trade in 2008, when the Saints acquired tight end Jeremy Shockey from the Giants for draft picks. This should be an excellent football game to watch and with the fire power on both sides of the ball, it should have a ton of fantasy football impact.

With Week 5 of the NFL season fast approaching, it is once again time for the Bruno Boys to pick a Game of the Week, with a fantasy football twist. Each week we will choose one NFL game that we feel will have a lot of impact on the fantasy football world.

This week we will follow the Houston Texans to the University of Phoenix Stadium where they are set to face the defending NFC champion Arizona Cardinals. This game should be a shootout when you consider both of these teams are allowing more then 22 points against per game and they are each giving up more then 330 yards of total offense per game. When two high-powered offenses like these meet, fantasy football points are usually plentiful.

With Week 4 of the NFL season fast approaching, it is once again time for the Bruno Boys to pick a Game of the Week, with a fantasy football twist. Each week, we will choose one NFL game that we feel will have a lot of impact on the fantasy football world.

This week we will head to the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, MN where Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings will host the Green Bay Packers. This is the first time since Favre has retired, un-retired, re-retired and then un-retired again that he will face his former team. There is a lot of hype surrounding this game due to the Brett Favre situation, but with all of the skilled players taking part in this game, there will be a whole lot of fantasy football impact to talk about, too.

This week we will head to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, where the New England Patriots will host the Atlanta Falcons. Both of these teams heading into the season are thought of as possible representatives for their conferences in the Super Bowl. After two weeks of NFL action the Falcons post a 2-0 record, while the Patriots are sitting at 1-1. Each team possesses an explosive offense and this game should feature a significant fantasy football impact.

This week we will head to Arlington, Texas and the grand opening of the new state of the art 80,000 seat Cowboys Stadium, where the Dallas Cowboys will host their NFC East rivals, the New York Giants. Both teams are coming off victorious Week1s. The Cowboys beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 34-21, while the Giants disposed of the Washington Redskins
23-17. This game should feature some explosive offensive fire power, so let’s take a look at the positional comparisons from a fantasy football standpoint.

With Week 1 of the NFL season upon us, it is once again time for the Bruno Boys to pick a Game of the Week, with a fantasy football twist. Each week we will choose one NFL game that we feel will have a lot of impact on the fantasy football world.

This week we will head to Lambeau Field where the Green Bay Packers will host the Chicago Bears in a NFC North division battle. With the addition of Jay Cutler at quarterback in Chicago, this game will feature two of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL. It also features some very good running backs and a couple of very nice receiving options. Boy, gone are the days when the NFC North (or NFC Central) was referred to as the “black and blue” division and featured fearsome defenses like the “Monsters of the Midway” and the “Purple People Eaters”. It is now becoming a hotbed for some of the better offensive stars in the game.
