Alex Collins, Seattle Seahawks vs. Arizona Cardinals
News came out this week that Chris Carson is done for the season and will get surgery to fix his injured neck. That opens the door up for Collins and alleviate any worry on his fantasy owners that he will be a regular fixture of the offense for the rest of the season. The question now is if Russell Wilson is healed enough himself (finger) and turn this ship around and bring back a competitive Seahawks. Getting blanked by the Packers in Week 10 was no way to get welcomed back.
But Pete Carroll isn’t budging from his run-heavy offense and so Collins will continue to get volume and hopefully, he breaks through with a big week like he had in Weeks 4 and 6. The Seahawks should have more red zone plays with Wilson back, and so his owners will just need to be patient and trust in the heavy workload, and touches when the team reaches the goal line.
