Week 2 of the 2020 NFL Season is nearly in the books and looking back we’ve finally got more information on who each of the 32 teams appear to be and each player’s role. Remember, unless you’re playing daily, the fantasy football season is a marathon. Things change quickly. But it’s always good to make note of observations that give us confidence in decisions we make in the future. We’re going let you know what stood out in each game.

What Impressed: Baker and the boys in brown did the city of Cleveland proud. It was a complete turnaround from Week 1. The offense clicked, they ran the ball with authority and Odell Beckham looked like OBJ. Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt each scored two touchdowns and racked up 200+ rushing yards to bury the Bengals.

But Joe Burrows also did his team proud by throwing 61 passes with no turnovers. He lost his best tight end in C.J. Uzomah to a torn Achilles tendon and didn’t miss a beat with Drew Sample (pick him up). He didn’t rely just on A.J. Green, but got Mike Thomas and Tyler Boyd touchdowns. Burrows is the real deal.

What Didn’t Impress: Penalties. Lots of lots of penalties. Also, Week 2 put a lot of what we saw in Week 1 in question. For instance, were the Browns really that bad in Week 1 or are the Ravens that good? Conversely, how bad are the Chargers that they couldn’t move the ball on the Bengals?
