Raheem Mostert, San Francisco 49ers

If I’m mapping out the game flow of this game, I’d wager that the Niners are going to establish the run, as they have all season, no matter the opponent. Much of the year has been spent figuring out just which back has earned the start though. Based off his hard running in the playoffs, that should be Mostert and I realize that Tevin Coleman is a threat to Mostert owners as he took the spotlight in the playoff win against the Vikings. It might come down to whom rosters which back, honestly. Don’t be surprised if we see Matt Breida or Kyle Juszcyzk vulture away carry or two but I am not figuring either in daily.

However if I am putting a running back on my DFS lineup, I don’t like anyone on the Chiefs because of the Niners defense. They’ll have to be creative with Damien Williams just to get him any traction. Instead, I am going all in on Mostert because he’s looked the most explosive back on the two teams still left and has three carries with over 20 yards. Looking only at the Vikings and Packers games, Coleman has 28 carries for 126 yards and two touchdowns in the playoffs, a healthy amount but Mostert has 41 carries for 278, four rushing touchdowns and is bringing a hefty 6.8 yards per carry to the table.
