The tight end position has seen a little bit of everything. We’ve seen a few season-ending injuries and some big names flake out in Week 1. Some young ones developing right on time and that’s very encouraging for what is typically a talent-starved position.

It’s not always easy to navigate this feast or famine position, but we’re always looking out for the right matchups. Right now, let’s see which ones do NOT pass the grade for Week 2.

Darren Fells / Jordan Akins, Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are a brutal draw for most tight ends. Only two tight ends finished with double-digit points in 2019. Fells and Akins are amongst Deshaun Watson’s most trusted receivers so they’ll get targeted but neither are looking at big fantasy numbers in Week 2.
