Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Miami Dolphins

Going into their Week 7 bye, the Dolphins announced Tagovailoa would be taking Ryan Fitzpatrick’s place as their starting quarterback. Healthy after a hip injury ended his final season at Alabama, where was accurate and mobile, Tagovailoa is on the fantasy radar.

Tagovailoa will not have it very easy out of the gate, with matchups against the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals in Week 8 and Week 9. But Week 10-13 looks very good, with the Los Angeles Chargers, Denver Broncos, New York Jets and Cincinnati Bengals on the schedule.

Tagovailoa is most worthy of an add this week in two-quarterback or super-flex leagues. But there’s case to get ahead of the curve in leagues where you start one quarterback this week, with a nod toward leagues with bigger rosters, in case he has a great showing in Week 8.
