Logan Thomas, TE, Washington Football Team

A dearth of relevant passing game options in Washington brought a little preseason buzz for Thomas as he asserted himself as the No. 1 tight end. The converted quarterback then had four catches for 37 yards and a touchdown against the Eagles in Week 1, on a robust eight targets.

A nice matchup is on the horizon in Week 2, as the Arizona Cardinals ceded the most fantasy points to tight ends last year. Week 3 brings the Cleveland Browns, who allowed two touchdowns to Mark Andrews in Week 1. The Baltimore Ravens (Week 4) allowed a tight end touchdown in Week 1 as well.

Thomas is high on the pecking order for targets in Washington’s passing game right now. That makes him a worth add in 12-team leagues, and he’ll be a streaming option as long as his target share holds and as long as he qualifies.
